Great flavor additions for low sodium soups

Low sodium soups lack flavor so I turned the freeze dried vegetables I purchased from Freshly Preserved into powder to add to soups. In a pinch the powder becomes an instant soup just by adding hot water. It's a life saver for people on low sodium diets. Thanks!

Great mid afternoon work snack

I keep these in my desk for an afternoon snack at work. They are the perfect thing to keep the hungries at bay!

Serious snackage!

Oh. These are a problem. They are too easy and delightful to eat! Sure, sure, put them in or on stuff, but you can also eat them by the handful!

Haven't met a carrot we didn't like

And this is no exception. I now lack molars so being able to eat "whole" carrots again is a treat rather than having to have carrots cooked or cut up better when raw.

Veggie snacks

I ordered carrots for a healthier snack. I like the taste of raw carrots and hoped the freeze dried ones would have the same taste but be more portable and less perishable. The texture was good and the flavor was sweet. Unfortunately there was an additional flavor that I didn't like. I don't think it was caused by the drying process or anything related to it. I think it was just a natural taste that came out after drying. Oh well, I guess carrots for me will have to remain raw.
