Had a chance to try one of these with a cocktail last night and they’re lovely and do what they’re supposed to with the mouth tingle.

I bought one box for myself and one for my mother as a gift. We love fried zucchini blossoms but, they are impossible to find. If we do find them they go bad before we have a chance to eat them all. These preserved blossoms make it possible for us to eat them over time.

Worked perfectly for making fried squash blossoms out of season. Freeze drying made them less fragile and easier to work with than a fresh blossom.
