Freeze-Dried Mushrooms

Use these a LOT in soups and gravies. Good quality product.

For the mushrooms; I was amazed, as well as delighted with the overall taste/consistency of them. I’ve bought a few other items as well to experiment with. So far, so good!!…….curious???….try them!! Freeze dried works great for me. These mushrooms were very clean/white, and hydrated very easily. I've used them for omelets and salisbury steak. Love them and shared site with friends.
