Freeze-Dried Spinach

I really like the spinach. It has great flavor. I have eaten it as a snack and also added it to various soups. Its a good way to jazz up some simple canned chicken noodle.

Oddly, these look almost like tea pearls when you open the bag. And, oh, the flavor. Lots of spinach dust in the bottom of the bag, too - perfect for adding to smoothies or salad dressings, etc. Wonderful!

Not only delicious, but convenient and good to have on hand.

in less than a minute, the spinach was amazingly fresh. I used it my a pasta dish, after the pasta was cooked.

My dog loves the spinach sprinkled into her food. Best way to feed your pet vegetables and not have to store it in the refrigerator.
