Freeze-Dried Cauliflower

I see from the reviews I'm not the only one who eats these FP veges right out of the bag as a crunchy snack. I adore potato chips and still have them a few times a year as an especially indulgent treat but this and others from FP have completely eliminated the crazy potato chip cravings I used to have! Every now and then I actually reconstitute this cauliflower and of course it isn't as good as fresh but you CANNOT beat the convenience and ease! My fave fresh cauliflower dish is steamed then dressed with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder - reconstituted FP freeze-dried is an enjoyable sub if I don't have fresh cauliflower.

I mentioned that the broccoli was like veggie-flavored popcorn, and so is this cauliflower! Munchy and crunchy with that perfect cauliflower flavor!

Hadn't put in a review previously, because we haven't tried the food yet, but it came well packaged and the cauliflower looks to be in good shape.
