I'm a HUGE fan of freeze-dried foods. The texture is fun, they're easy to have on hand in a bag without weighing you down. They're long-lasting. And, in the case of fruits and veggies, they're nutritious! I've tried 3 brands of mango now and this is the one. It's got good flavor and texture. The fruit was sweet without being cloying which tells me Freshly Preserved and I share a similar opinion on what "ripe" means - which is more subjective than you might think! Definitely a fan of the mangos from FP and am looking forward to another order!
