Freeze-Dried Kale (Healthy Snack)

I add this to my fresh spinach/lettuce/etc salad. Perfect every time!

I’m sure these flakes would be excellent in salads, sprinkled in and over soups, or in a hundred other ways. But I straight eat it from the bag. Wonderful flavor without the sometimes tough texture of kale. Wonderful!
